Cousin & I Productions
Cousins Hanna and Oskar started the theatre group Cousin & I Productions in 2018 to take an active role in building their careers, explore and develop their creative voice.
“We strive to create theatre that taps into our British and Nordic influences and heritage. Theatre that is exciting, engages with the audience and offers a fresh perspective on performing new and existing material. We also want to inspire fellow creatives as they look to shape their own futures.”
Hanna was born in London to Swedish parents. She has had an international upbringing living in the U.S., Germany, Sweden and the U.K where she currently resides. She is fluent in English and Swedish with good working knowledge of German.
Hanna is trained as an actor through London School of Music and Dramatic Arts (LAMDA) and at Drama Studio London (DSL). She is extensively trained in classical theatre including Shakespeare and Chekhov. She has performed at the Camden Fringe and National Theatre Studios.
The script of ¨Bright and Far, Near and Dark¨ is Hanna’s debut as a playwright and director.
“Hanna is incredibly focused, well-prepared and dedicated to the task at hand. She has an awesome presence that is noticeable on stage and off. She is, in short, a joy to work with.” - Oskar Wigge
Oskar was born and raised in Stockholm. He has always been interested in music and singing. While in grade school he attended music classes and performed in Carmen at the Royal Opera, and The Knight Tower at the Royal Dramatic Theatre.
Oskar attended the High School of Circus in Gävle where he trained in acrobatics and majored in clown studies. He then went on to study at Boulevardteatern’s stage school where emphasis was put on the art of miming.
After finishing his training he has performed in Ingmar Bergman’s Wood Painting in Gotland with the Teaterambulansen drama ensemble.
“Oskar is a very bright and intelligent actor. It is a privilege to collaborate with him. He brings a lot of original ideas to the table as well as a passion for theatre that is matched by few.” - Hanna Wulkan
